The breakfast selection was quite good, especially with the friendly kitchen staff who made mornings enjoyable. However, I did encounter an issue with room service. the beddings weren't changed despite requests, and the noise from the hallways was sometimes disruptive. The walls felt a bit thin, which affected my sleep. The location next to the Millbrae BART station is perfect for exploring San Francisco, but the housekeeping needs work to maintain the hotel's quality.

I stayed in a Queen Studio with City View for one night, and it was super comfy! The room was clean and felt like home, with a fridge/freezer, a mini stove, and even a dishwasher. The bed was amazing, and I loved the fact that the sound insulation was great, so it was quiet at night. The breakfast could’ve been better since we had to leave before it was ready, but there was coffee available. Overall, really enjoyed my stay!
